In general, unless otherwise requested, your media item(s) will be uploaded to your FTP Folder. There is a limit of (3) media items you may obtain per request. You may need a password to unzip the item which will be sent to your email on file once you have requested the item and after it has been uploaded to your FTP account. You may use the Feedback form to request we setup your private and free FTP account assuming you know how to use FTP. There are many fine tutorials online on how to use an FTP Client. We highly recommend you use FileZilla! Once we receive your request to establish your FTP account you will receive our FTP Settings via email including further instructions and information.
Should you require the media item to be sent by some other means please specify so on the Media Request Form and allow 24 hours for the item(s) to be uploaded or delivered. This time period may be extended pending special circumstances beyond our control or you do not submit a donation amount specified in the confirmation email you will receive to cover shipping and handling as well as any other charges incurred such as mailing you a USB thumb drive or DVD. In any event, you bear the responsibility to contact us and specify any special shipping and delivery instructions prior to shipment. We must receive the stated Donation amount prior to shipping your item(s)! We only accept PayPal or a valid Credit Card using the link provided on our Home Page. We also provide Comodo SSL encryption for all financial transactions.
